Returns & Exchanges
· If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact UTG via our Customer Support or message board before sending your item.
Returns sent without prior approval may result in processing delays.
·After approval, you must ship the item back using a courier.
· Please return the item in its original condition and packaging as received.
Shopping Guide
· Shipping is free for orders over $200.
· For orders under $200, shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and vary by destination country and shipping method.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
· Coupons and reward points cannot be used or earned on promotional items.
· Brand-shipped items are prepared for dispatch immediately after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellations and option changes are not available after payment.
· Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. If shipping is delayed, you will be notified separately.
